Turismo de Portugal offers the digital platform
empresasturismo360.turismodeportugal.pt from which companies in the sector can join the
360° Tourism Companies Programme.
Joining the 360° Tourism Companies Programme allows companies in the sector to access an exclusive portfolio that includes a
Sustainability Performance Reporting Support Guide (a manual explaining the procedures for reporting environmental, social and governance practices, available in two versions depending on the size of the operator) and an
innovative analytics and data reporting tool associated with sectoral ESG performance metrics. This technological platform will be accessible as of next July, and member companies will be provided with an Excel file for the insertion of reporting data, to be transposed to the tool as soon as it becomes operational.
The process of joining the Programme
is simple and quick: access the ADERIR (JOIN) area, login or register to access the online services of Turismo de Portugal and enter the company's data - name, legal person number, size, headquarters, main tourism activity and CAE (Economic Activity Code)-, and the data of the interlocutor - name, position, email and telephone.
The aim of the 360° Tourism Companies Programme is to speed up the process of incorporating ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) indicators in companies, challenging them to actively rethink their environmental, social and governance practices. The programme focuses on the development of actions that include training tourism companies to incorporate ESG indicators into their management processes, providing monitoring tools and sustainability report models, and promoting the public recognition of organisations.
The 360° Tourism Companies Programme is an initiative included in Pillar 4 -
Build the Future of the Reactivate Tourism | Build the Future Action Plan, which aims to encourage companies in the sector to report their performance in terms of sustainability, supporting them technically in the integration of ESG - Environmental, Social and Governance factors in the business strategy and organisational culture and guiding them in the process of regular reporting of information on their environmental, social and governance practices.
